A Bit About Bryan
Growing up along the Choctawhatchee Bay, I have seen many changes. I remember when Highways 20, 85 and 98 were two lane, there were less than a dozen lights between the three of them and there was no such thing as Rosemary, Seaside, WaterColor or even the Mid-Bay Bridge. It is truly amazing how things have grown.
After graduating from Troy University and a short teaching career, I decided it was
time to come home. With parents in the local construction/design and mortgage industries, it was almost automatic to step into the Real Estate field. Quickly, I found myself training under a local Real Estate Appraiser and eventually became a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
As the market changed, I was offered an opportunity to sell new homes for Randy Wise Homes, a large local new home construction company. As a New Home Sales Professional, I was fortunate to meet some top-notch sales trainers and really hone my sales craft as well as learn a great deal about the construction and local real estate industry. The birth of a child brought change once again and I found myself as the Manager of Acquisitions for the builder. Purchasing properties, subdivisions, development and management of these properties opened a whole new door to local real estate contacts and knowledge.
Ultimately, I became the Sales Manager of Randy Wise Homes, where I trained and managed seven new home sales professionals as well as multiple outside agents listing and selling new homes throughout the local real estate market.
Today I am using my unique experience and abilities, helping people buy and sell homes in this everchanging and growing area. How can I help you change and grow here on the Emerald Coast?
